Site preparation, permits and utility connections are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated in your sales agreement. We strongly recommend consulting with local authorities about zoning and permitting requirements before purchasing.
Warranties and disclaimers
Manufacturer warranties are passed through to the buyer as described in your sales agreement and the manufacturer's warranty documentation. Snake River Tiny Homes makes no additional warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer.
