It is a favorite for adult children's properties, vacation rentals and anyone testing the tiny lifestyle for the first time. Twelve windows keep it bright, and the standard covered porch gives you a place to sit outside. As our most affordable certified model, it is also one of the easiest to finance.

What does NOAH+ certification mean for Snake River Tiny Homes?
All Snake River Tiny Homes models carry NOAH+ certification, covering plumbing, heating, electrical and safety standards. Certification does not by itself determine where a park model can be placed or whether it can be used as a permanent residence; local zoning, building and permitting rules control legal placement and use. Yes. Every model can be equipped with the Extreme Weather Package ($5,850), a standing option (not a limited-time promotion) built for Idaho's snow load and cold-climate conditions.
