The Trailblazer comes standard with details other builders charge extra for: maintenance-free vertical panel siding, a D-rib metal roof in your choice of color, and a natural pine tongue-and-groove interior that feels warm and finished from the moment you walk in.

Twelve windows plus two large trapezoid windows fill the home with light, and the optional 7-foot covered porch turns the entry into an outdoor room. It is a true park model, built in the USA and ready to live in year-round.

Extreme Weather Package available

Living somewhere with hard winters? The Extreme Weather Package upgrades the Trailblazer to closed-cell spray foam (R21 walls, R30 floor and ceiling), a 150 psf snow load rating and four cove radiant heat units, so the home stays warm and reliable through the coldest Mountain West months.
