Extreme Weather Package available

For cold-climate buyers, the Extreme Weather Package upgrades the Outpost to closed-cell spray foam (R21 walls, R30 floor and ceiling), a 150 psf snow load rating and cove radiant heat, keeping both bedrooms comfortable through a hard winter.

Snake River Tiny Homes' own park model lineup ranges from approximately $92,000 to $127,000 depending on model and options. We also carry Tumbleweed models, which start significantly higher (the Tumbleweed Aspen Park Model starts around $176,000) with fewer standard features included.
What does NOAH+ certification mean for Snake River Tiny Homes?
All Snake River Tiny Homes models carry NOAH+ certification, covering plumbing, heating, electrical and safety standards. Certification does not by itself determine where a park model can be placed or whether it can be used as a permanent residence; local zoning, building and permitting rules control legal placement and use. Yes. Every model can be equipped with the Extreme Weather Package ($5,850), a standing option (not a limited-time promotion) built for Idaho's snow load and cold-climate conditions.
