Questions before you build?
Why do I need increased wall height if I choose a sleeping loft?
A sleeping loft must be at least 4 feet in height. Choosing a Trailblazer loft therefore requires the compatible 10'4" higher-wall configuration; Build and Price adds that wall-height upgrade automatically.
How do I know what my home will look like if I have never seen one in person?
Use the model detail pages, gallery and virtual tours to see real Snake River Tiny Homes. Where a finish is visual, Build and Price will use real-home examples whenever possible rather than promising an exact appearance from a digital rendering.
What does move-in ready mean? Do I need upgrades?
The starting price is for a complete home with its standard features already included. Upgrades let you personalize the home or prepare it for particular needs and climates; they are not required simply to make the base home complete.
Are these homes built like an RV or more like a traditional home?
Our park model tiny homes use residential-style layouts, kitchens, bathrooms, insulation and finishes while also being built and certified for their specific park-model classification. Learn about certification and compare tiny homes and RVs.
What is included in my Build and Price estimate?
The estimate includes the selected model and priced factory options shown in your configuration. Transportation, taxes, site work, permits, utility connections and other location-specific costs may be separate unless expressly shown.
How do I know which climate upgrades I need?
Your destination matters. Snow load, insulation and heating needs vary by climate. Review the Extreme Weather Package and our Placement resources, then we can help confirm the right configuration for your location.
Can I change my selections after I send my estimate?
Yes. The estimate is a planning tool, not a binding order. We can review the configuration with you and make changes before final specifications are approved.
What happens after I send my estimate?
You will receive a copy of your configuration and estimated price, and Snake River Tiny Homes can help you review model choices, placement, financing, delivery and next steps.
