Many customers complete the purchase process remotely, so there is no need to travel to a showroom.

We are based in Rigby, Idaho, but we do not operate a traditional display lot. Our Modern Buying process is designed around detailed home videos, published information and personal guidance so customers can shop from anywhere without making a long trip just to see a model.

Yes. We offer multiple options and upgrades so you can customize your home to fit your needs. Our Build & Price experience lets you explore available choices and request a personalized estimate online.

No. The Trailblazer, Outpost and Scout are sold as complete, finished homes. We do not sell shells or partially built homes for owners to finish themselves. See our Models page to compare the three homes.

No. We do not offer tiny home rentals or leases. Our homes are new construction and built for the buyer. If you are interested in purchasing but want to understand financing first, visit our Financing page.

No. We do not sell used tiny homes. Our homes are new construction and built to order. If timing is important, contact us to ask whether any finished homes are currently available.

No. We do not sell 8-foot by 24-foot RV-size models. Snake River Tiny Homes offers three park model tiny homes: the Trailblazer, Outpost and Scout. You can compare all three on our Models page.

Yes. Our homes come well insulated, and for buyers in severe climates we offer an Extreme Weather Package with upgraded insulation, cove radiant heat and a 150 psf snow load rating. See our Extreme Weather page for details.

Our homes are designed primarily to connect to standard utilities and are not sold as complete, self-sufficient off-grid systems. Certain options may add flexibility, including solar and propane hookups and a composting toilet. The homes do not include gray-water or black-water holding tanks, so plan for an appropriate water source and sewer or septic connection at the site. See our Utilities page for details.

Yes. We arrange delivery throughout the continental United States. Shipping cost depends on the delivery location and route, and we will give you a clear number before you commit. See our Delivery page for more information.

Delivery does not include on-site setup. Because we deliver throughout the continental United States, leveling, blocking, anchoring, site preparation and other on-site work are generally arranged locally. Some transport drivers may offer limited leveling for an additional fee, but availability varies and is not guaranteed. Our Delivery page can help you understand what to have ready before delivery day.

Utility connections are handled locally rather than by our team. Electrical, water, sewer or septic connections should be completed by qualified local contractors in accordance with applicable permits and requirements. See our Utilities page for more information.

Yes. We have a partnership with an insurance agency that specializes in homeowners' insurance for park model tiny homes, so getting covered is straightforward.

Yes. Every new tiny home comes with a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty. Appliances are covered separately by their respective manufacturer warranties.

A park model tiny home may qualify for an Accessory Dwelling Unit pathway in some jurisdictions, but the rules vary significantly by city, county, parcel and construction standard.
