Idaho - our home state

Snake River Tiny Homes is based in Idaho, so we know Idaho regulations, Idaho climates and Idaho buyers better than anyone. Utah and Wyoming

Southern Utah has seen rapid growth in tiny home interest, particularly around Hurricane and St. George where land is more accessible and the climate is mild. How do regulations vary between states?
Tiny home rules vary widely depending on the state, county and even the specific city. Some areas allow park model homes on private land as permanent residences; others restrict them to RV parks or require ADU permits. We help every buyer understand the rules in their area before they commit.
Do you offer a weather package for cold climates?
