Our tiny home cost and financing calculator can help you estimate what it will cost to buy a park model tiny home, including the estimated monthly payment and the total interest paid over the life of the loan. By adjusting the down payment, interest rate and loan term, you can see how each one changes your monthly cost. Comparing a few different scenarios can help you decide what fits your budget and goals before you talk to a lender.

The price field defaults to the Trailblazer's base price, and clicking a model button fills in that model's starting price. The field is fully editable, so buyers who already have a customized quote with options added can type in their actual total instead.

These are the base models, or starting prices. The base model itself is already move-in ready, but it can be tailored to your needs.

Down payment amount, interest rate and loan term are all based on approved credit and will vary by lender and buyer. Some loans may require a cosigner. This is an estimate only, not a loan offer or a guarantee of terms.

How we calculated this

The calculator defaults to the Trailblazer's base price with 15 percent down and 9.5 percent interest on a 25-year term, which reflects a common scenario for park model financing today. At those defaults, the Trailblazer ($126,945) comes out to roughly $943 a month, an Outpost ($122,945) to roughly $913 a month, and a Scout ($92,945) to roughly $690 a month, all before insurance. The price field itself is fully editable, so a buyer working from an actual customized quote, base price plus options like the Extreme Weather Package or a raised loft, can type in their real total instead of a bare starting price.

Frequently asked questions

The calculator uses a standard amortization formula based on your home price, down payment percentage, interest rate and loan term. It is an estimate to help you plan, not an official loan quote.
What down payment and interest rate should I expect?
A common scenario today is around 15 percent down with a 25-year loan around 9.5 percent interest, though actual terms depend on the lender and your credit profile.
Does Snake River Tiny Homes help with financing?
Yes. We partner directly with lenders who specialize in tiny home loans and help buyers through the entire financing process, from pre-qualification to closing.
Is the number shown a real loan offer?
No. The calculator provides an estimate only. Your actual rate, term and down payment will depend on your lender and approved credit, and some loans may require a cosigner.
