Watch the Full Video Tour of a Snake River Tiny Home
Construction · August 11, 2026
Square footage and spec sheets only tell part of the story with a tiny home. Owner Porter Talbot walks through a real, professionally built Snake River Tiny Home in this video tour, from the covered porch to the details that do not come across in photos, a good next step for anyone who cannot make it to Rigby for an in-person walkthrough.
Porch to living room
The tour opens on a seven-foot covered porch, then moves inside to a living room finished in knotty pine. This particular home features the optional 10-foot-4-inch vaulted ceiling, above the standard eight feet, which makes the space feel noticeably more open.
Built for Mountain West winters
Underneath that finish is the part you cannot see in a photo: standard R14 wall insulation and R21 in the floor and ceiling, using open-cell spray foam rather than fiberglass batting, plus two dual-head 18,000 BTU mini-splits included on every home. For buyers who want more, the Extreme Weather Package adds cove radiant heating throughout the house and a roof built to handle roughly 10 feet of snow.
Kitchen, loft, bath and bedroom
The kitchen comes with full-size stainless steel appliances and a genuinely useful amount of cabinet storage, in standard white or upgraded natural hickory. Upstairs, a carpeted sleeping loft offers extra room for guests, grandkids or storage. Downstairs, the bathroom has a residential porcelain toilet and a full-size shower, and the 9-by-12 bedroom gets its own dual-head mini-split, so closing the door at night does not mean losing heat or air conditioning. A 30-gallon water heater tucked under the kitchen sink frees up space elsewhere in the home.
See it for yourself
The tour covers the Trailblazer, Outpost and Scout, and construction and finish are consistent across the lineup, so it is a good look at what to expect from any of our models, not just one. If something catches your eye, the next step is easy: schedule a free virtual or in-person consultation and we will walk through models, options and real pricing for your situation.
